Studio policies

  • Consistent attendance is the single most important factor in a dancer's progress. We ask families to commit to attending at least 90% of classes. If your dancer must miss class, please notify the studio so we can plan choreography accordingly.

  • Makeup classes are available within the same week or the following week, in any age-appropriate class. Reach out to the studio to schedule a makeup so we can save your dancer's spot.

  • Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Camp Lejeune (on-base) families pay through MCCS — auto-debit encouraged. Sneads Ferry families pay through the Parent Portal — auto-debit required. A $5 late fee per student applies after the 1st.

  • We host two annual recitals — a Holiday Showcase and a full Spring Recital. Recital participation is optional but strongly encouraged. Costume fees are billed separately, typically in October.

  • We ask for 30 days' written notice for class drops. If your family's schedule changes, talk to us — we'll always work with you to find a solution.

  • Our performance teams (Flames, Embers, Mini, Ignite, Teen) are invitation/audition-based and represent Lejeune Dance Company at regional and national events. Auditions are held annually. Talk to your dancer's instructor if interested.
