Pom
High energy, sharp motions, and tons of spirit! Pom combines elements of jazz technique, cheer-style choreography, and synchronized formations using poms. Dancers build strength, precision, and performance skills while working on flexibility, kicks, jumps, and clean arm movements. Great preparation for school dance or cheer teams.

Dress code
Girls: Black leotard and skin-toned tights. Leggings or shorts optional. Canvas skin-toned jazz shoes. Hair pulled back. Boys: Black shorts or pants with white shirt, black canvas jazz shoes. Poms are provided and property of LDC.
