Designed for aspiring ballerinas, this class focuses on strengthening ankles, feet, and core muscles while improving balance and alignment. Through targeted exercises and technique refinement, dancers build the foundation needed for pointe work. Must have prior ballet experience and currently take ballet.

Dress code
Girls: Black leotard and nude-colored convertible tights. Skirt or shorts optional. Canvas ballet shoes and a medium-strength TheraBand. Hair in a bun. Boys: Black shorts or pants with black or white shirt, black canvas ballet shoes, medium-strength TheraBand.

Yes — at least 1 year of Pre-Pointe is required before transitioning to pointe shoes, along with 2 years of ballet training, teacher approval, and a physiotherapist evaluation.
