Agreement

These terms apply when you use the Lejeune Dance Companywebsite, submit our contact form, call or text the studio number, or take part in our text message program. If you don't agree with them, please don't use those services — you can always reach us by email at lejeunedancecompany@gmail.com.

Text message program

Lejeune Dance Company operates two separate text message programs. Agreeing to one does not enrol you in the other, and you are never required to agree to either in order to enroll, register, pay, or get an answer from us.

How to opt in

Check the box you want on our contact form. Both boxes are optional and neither is pre-selected. If you call or text the studio and ask us to send you something — the registration link, for example — we'll reply to that request.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us and the messages stop. You can also reply with any of: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. Opting out never affects your dancer's enrollment or your ability to contact us.

Cost and delivery

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — those are charges from your own mobile carrier, not from us. Delivery depends on your carrier, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Who may sign up

You must be at least 18 and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you give us. Please don't sign up a number that isn't yours.

Calls, recording, and the AI assistant

Calls and texts to the studio number may be answered by an AI assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed so studio staff can follow up accurately.

• The assistant identifies itself as an AI when asked and never claims to be a member of staff.
• The assistant cannot look up or discuss any information about an individual dancer — including attendance, enrollment status, pickup authorization, or class times for a named child. Those questions are always routed to a human staff member.
• The assistant cannot register, enroll, or take payment. Enrollment happens only in the Parent Portal.
• Call recordings and transcripts are stored privately and are visible only to studio staff.
• You can ask to speak with a person at any point and a staff member will call you back.

The assistant does its best with the studio's published information, but it can be wrong or incomplete. Anything that matters — placement, tuition owed, recital details, whether a specific class has space — should be confirmed with studio staff or in the Parent Portal. Nothing the assistant says creates a binding commitment on the studio's part.

Enrollment, tuition, and studio policies

Nothing on this website or said by our assistant enrolls a dancer or reserves a place in a class. Enrollment happens only through the Parent Portal, and is subject to available space.

Class schedules, tuition rates, fees, and programs are published in good faith and can change. Attendance, dress code, makeup classes, drops, and recital participation are governed by our studio policies. Tuition, registration fees, costume fees, and recital tickets are described on our tuition page.

Base access

Our Camp Lejeune studio is inside a Marine Corps installation. Access is controlled by the base, not by us. If you don't hold base access you may need a visitor pass, and we can't guarantee that one will be granted. Our Sneads Ferry studio requires no base access.

Using this website

Please use the site and our contact channels for genuine studio business. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, submit false information, or use our phone or text channels to send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content.

Our text, photos, class descriptions, and logos belong to Lejeune Dance Company. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking.

No warranty; limits

The website and the assistant are provided as-is. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we can't promise it's always complete or error-free, or that the site or phone line is always available. To the extent the law allows, Lejeune Dance Company is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the website, the assistant, or the text message program.

Nothing here limits any right you have that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. If we materially change the text message program we'll ask for your consent again rather than relying on the old agreement.
